Photographs are a wonderful way to remember your visit to Gardens of the Fox Cities.  We encourage visitors to take casual photographs or shoot videos for their own personal use.  Personal photographs and videos are not to be used for commercial purposes. 

The Photography Guidelines outlined below are intended for all guests and commercial photographers.

GENERAL PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDELINES
To ensure a positive experience for you, while maintaining a pleasant experience for other guests, your adherence to these guidelines is required.

Please:
• No smoking.
• No alcoholic beverages.
• No pets.  Gardens of the Fox Cities only allows animals that assist people with disabilities.
• Remain on the pathways and grassy turf at all times.
• Do not disturb or remove plants, plant labels or containers.
• Do not block access to the entrance, pathways, or garden areas for use by others.
• The Gardens assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to equipment.  Valuables should not be left unattended.
• Individuals or parties will be held responsible for any damages incurred.
• Photography at Gardens of the Fox Cities cannot be orchestrated or used to imply endorsement by Gardens of the Fox Cities.

Non-Professional Photography
You are welcome to take photographs of the Gardens for your own use and enjoyment.  Please observe the Photography Guidelines at all times.  If you think you have taken a great shot, please let us know!  We always need photos for advertising or our newsletter.  Contact info@gardensfoxcities.org or (920)993-1900.

Formal, Posed Photography
Definition: 
• Formal, posed photography (or videography) includes wedding, family, engagement, prom, graduation photography or the like, or
• Landscape photography for commercial purposes. 

Fees:  A $50 scheduling fee will be assessed for each one-hour session.  Any request to waive this fee, based on hardship, must be submitted in writing to the Executive Director at least two weeks prior to the event.  Click here for Photo Permit.

There are NO REFUNDS for the cancellation of a photography session at Gardens of the Fox Cities.  In the event of rain, you may reschedule your session.  The renter is responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period. 

Failure to comply with the Photo Policy will result in the loss of user privileges.
